What the Hiring Manager Says

At Quilter we never stand still. Our foundations are rooted in our extraordinary expertise, which is trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers, but we have great ambitions to stay one step ahead and make an even greater difference to the people and communities we serve.

Our business is transforming, continually modernising and becoming even more customer centric. So if you want to be bold in the pursuit of your ambitions, bring new ideas, and challenge and evolve what we do, it’s the perfect time to join us!

The CDO office plays a fundamental role in the delivery of our distribution strategy – facilitating critical governance and project-based activities for the Chief Distribution Officer and his leadership team. The core remit of this role relates to risk and governance activities, but you’ll also support across a range of broader priorities. This is a great role for someone who wants to be at the heart of the action within our distribution function. It would be suited to someone with long-standing experience of governance or someone who wants to learn something new and transition into a Business Manager-style role longer-term. I have been working in the CDO office and with the team for a year and I can honestly say it’s been my most enjoyable since joining Quilter in 2017. Every day brings something new and the collaborative, supportive culture we’ve created means we all get stuck in together.
