We are looking for a data driven individual, passionate about transforming digital audiences into loyal, paying customers. You will thrive at the crossroads of product, marketing, and user experience.
In today’s competitive landscape, converting traffic into engaged users and ultimately, paying customers, is crucial for success. We’re looking for a strategic product leader to champion this challenge. This leader wears two hats, owning both user acquisition and monetization strategies across all our PLG products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Growth:
- Craft and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance the conversion of site traffic into active and engaged users. Focus on optimizing the funnel from initial contact through to full product activation.
- Employ advanced analytics to dissect and understand user behaviors. Leverage insights from data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities within the user journey.
- Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to test hypotheses and improve the onboarding process. Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to refine user interfaces and interactions to reduce friction points.
- Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize efforts that maximize the conversion rates from visitors to registered users. This includes refining messaging, enhancing targeting, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monetization:
- Analyze current market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and user engagement data to develop innovative pricing models and user billing systems that align with user expectations and maximize revenue.
- Lead the charge in experimenting with different pricing strategies using a data-driven approach. Assess the impact of various pricing models on user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Establish strong collaboration channels with product, marketing, and customer success teams. Create a cohesive strategy to facilitate a seamless upsell and retention experience, ensuring smooth transitions between different stages of the user lifecycle.
Experience and qualifications :
- At least 5+ years of senior-level experience in product management within a product-led growth environment. A strong track record in both user acquisition and monetization is essential.
- Exceptional skills in data analysis and A/B testing, with a deep understanding of metrics analysis, user segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UX/UI principles, with a proven ability to apply these principles in creating superior user experiences that engage and convert.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and direct a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills are critical for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- A passion for staying on the cutting edge of technology and marketing, with a constant drive to employ innovative strategies for growth and monetization.
