The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant position is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional interested in sourcing top talent for our Client Service teams in Greece.

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following:
- Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days.
- Pipeline Sourcing
- LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
- Interview to offer ratio
- Offer acceptance rate
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Understand the recruitment needs of the Athens office
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open Client Service positions
- Directly source candidates through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, and other tools
- Conduct initial TA Screens to qualify candidates for open positions
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- BA in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
- Experience in sourcing and headhunting
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
- Previously worked in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Proven excellence in project management
- Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally fluent in English is necessary
