Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant position is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional interested in sourcing top talent for our Client Service teams in Greece.

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following:

• Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days. 
• Pipeline Sourcing
• LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
• Interview to offer ratio
• Offer acceptance rate

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Understand the recruitment needs of the Athens office
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open Client Service positions
• Directly source candidates through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, and other tools
• Conduct initial TA Screens to qualify candidates for open positions

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• BA in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
• Experience in sourcing and headhunting
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
• Previously worked in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Proven excellence in project management
• Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionally fluent in English is necessary
