Reporting into the Sr. Director, HR Ops, you will initially play an integral part in the design, build , and launch of the overall operating model, regional service delivery offering and HR Service Center through foundational activities such as, supporting process and data cleanup initiatives within Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) , which are precursors to the HR Operating Model and HR Service Center.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be performed out of Ireland or the UK remotely. What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management or equivalent business experience.
Experience
- Mid-level (5+ years) experience in a Human Resources role within a large multi-country organization.
- Six Sigma or process documentation experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to “connect the dots” to solve complex problems across multiple groups and systems.
- Workday HCM & ServiceNow experience required, in a transformational role; design, build, deploy.
- Use of data to identify problems and drive to identified solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
- Experience operating in a PMO structure within HR.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of HR Operations on a global scale

How You Will Thrive And Create An Impact
- Supporting the design and execution of a HR Service Centervia Workday HCM. This will include process documentation, utilization of tools to define design needs, and supporting the build of demand management and issue escalation frameworks within HR systems.
- Lead multiple projects focused on Workday system enhancements to address major pain points within Workday, with PMO support.
- Work alongside key partners (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits etc.) to design and implement solutions while ensuring minimal impact to the business and sustainable solutions for associates.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and informational tools intended to provide updates to key HR business partners and the HR Leadership Team.
- Be a Workday subject matter expert for local HR and point of escalation for transactional queries.
- Participate in the creation and execution of a multi-year roadmap for the HR Operations function for the region.
- Identify solutions to issues within technology and processes across HR to enable COE and HRBP activity to be faster, easier, more efficient and to enhance our associate’s experience.
