Copywriter

Hi there, we’re Dynamite Ventures, the umbrella company for the site you’re on (Dynamite Jobs), Remote First Recruiting, our podcast (TropicalMBA), and entrepreneurial community (Dynamite Circle) that connects founders of online businesses (mostly e-commerce, SaaS, and Agencies) with each other through a variety of products like Masterminds, an online forum, and events all around the world.

We’re a small but mighty team spread across the globe and are looking for a highly motivated senior copywriter to join our team. Our team is passionate about our products and we love our customers! We’re looking for someone who has the same passion as us and for the right candidate there is a ton of growth.

? About You

You’re an experienced copywriter who is ready to take charge of copywriting for our company. Your mission is to empower customers by creating copy for our product pages, landing pages, website, email newsletters, sales campaigns, etc. Your work will have a direct impact on our sales conversion and revenue. 

This is an autonomous role and you’ll own all things copy for our brands. We hire team members as long-term, full-time independent contractors which means you’ll be responsible for your own taxes in the country you live in. 

You’ll be a great fit for our team if you are: 

• A superstar copywriter who enjoys strategizing and executing
• Creative by nature
• Extremely detail-oriented in thinking and writing
• Must have native-level proficiency in English with a keen understanding of American culture
• Able to accomplish objectives without much hand-holding

? About the Role

Writing great copy (and occasional content), including but not limited to:

• Sales campaigns
• Product launches
• Email autoresponders
• Product listings
• Customer surveys
• Company updates

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of copywriting experience
• Experience with Asana or other CRM tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience communicating via Slack, email, and Google Meet
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership experience is a plus!
