Europe Learning and Development Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE
Leads the development and execution of talent and organization effectiveness initiatives for MillerKnoll Europe. Develops the strategic talent plan for the region, aligned to global priorities. Serves as voice of the customer for European region, providing insight into needs and providing feedback to Global Talent COE.
Essential Functions
Strategy
- Partner with Global Talent COE and HRBP peers to build a strategic talent plan for Europe
- Serve as voice of the customer for European region, providing insight into needs and providing feedback to Global Talent COE
- Own implementation of key deliverables for achieving strategic goals
- Operate as a subject matter expert on talent practices
Program Design & Management
- Collaborate with Global Talent COE and HRBP on new programs
- Customize the design of global programs, tools and resources to be relevant for Europe while still ensuring they align with global standards
- Manage ongoing development of programs, including infrastructure, logistics, budgets, and metrics
- Support the talent assessment and succession planning process
Relationship Management
- Advise key stakeholders on the talent and organization effectiveness processes
- Coach leaders and managers on needs
- Identify external resources to help scale global initiatives with local relevance
Communications
- Establish communications vehicles and cadences to ensure that associates are aware of talent and OE initiatives
- Partner with the Internal Communications Team to identify and implement innovative and effective methods to increase engagement in initiatives
Facilitation
- Deliver virtual and in-person learning to associates across the region
- Facilitate team building and team effectiveness sessions
- Coach associates on development planning
Program Management, Analysis & Reporting
- Establish project management and operational execution methodologies
- Work with relevant partners to develop, maintain, and produce time-based reporting processes, dashboards, metrics, and other tools for measuring talent and OE efforts
- Own monitoring and reporting of overall program status, budget forecasting and spend
- Present regular program and progress updates to HR and business leaders
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in Talent, Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, and/or Learning & Development
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
- Outstanding program management skills
- Excellent advising, collaboration, organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
Preferred Experience:
Italian or other European language proficiency

Preferred Experience:
