Responsibilities:

  • Build audiences and accounts lists while working with data and analysis platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha and more
  • Support marketing automation tasks to assure smooth marketing processes execution
  • Own the leads & opportunities data in the marketing org. Build dashboards & reports to inspect the data and optimize it (internal data?)
  • Enhance existing marketing reports, develop new reports, and extract insights from them. Leverage the insights to improve the Marketing org
  • Analyze and calculate conversion rates and ROI for all marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the different functionalities from the Marketing/Sales org. e.g. regional marketers, marketing ops, sales ops, marketing data and growth marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, specifically with Salesforce & HubSpot – a must
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with the demand/lead generation world, its processes and methods
  • Understanding of marketing principles and metrics, including conversion rates, ROI, and attribution modelling.
  • Proven experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4 or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in generating and presenting reports to various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in designing and executing A/B tests using tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize – an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
  • Flexible working hours, might need to support EST time zones
  • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
