Product Marketing Forecasting Specialist METAP

As a Product Marketing Forecasting Specialist you’ll be responsible for

• Owns and provides the 18-month rolling QxP, bases it on CFH statistical Q input, enriches it at product level
• Defines enrichments for business insights (promotions, won/lost customers, market dynamics, activations etc)
• Defines PIPO plans and drives portfolio maintenance together with the NPI Manager and the CFH
• Reviews constraints, defines risks and opportunities, incorporates them into the QxP as needed
• Actively maintains the QxP by incorporating insights from performance (e.g. actuals vs. forecast)
• Executes and shares PDCA on Forecast Accuracy, Bias and Inventory, owns corrective actions
• Collaborates with CFH and SC Region for information sharing and performance management

Your Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an operational supply chain planning role
• Intimate understanding of the characteristics of the MTS/MTO business
• Good SAP IBP, APO and ECC knowledge. S/4HANA experience a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, great stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Solution-oriented, structured, with a problem-solving mindset and a thinking-out-of-the-box mentality

Ability to work in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment; fluency in English is a must
