Marketing Working Student with Italian (f/m/x)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Working Student to join our team. Would you like to put your knowledge from your studies into practice while gaining valuable experience in an exciting SaaS ScaleUp company? In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives across multiple channels including management of outbound projects, webinars, email marketing, and social media. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Outbound Project Management: manage outbound lists, databases and campaigns on Lemlist to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Webinars: assist in the preparation of webinar content including research and creation of presentation decks
• Email Marketing: nurture and monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Social Media: assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) as well as analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
• Diverse range of tasks: in addition to your day-to-day tasks, you will support our Marketing Team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects

What should you bring?

• You are interested in beginning or growing your career in Marketing field and you have a true passion for learning about outbound strategies and content marketing
• You are currently studying a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
• You’re skilled at implementing new projects, process-driven, with exceptional organisational and analytical skills
• You are a team player, but also enjoy working independently being self-organised and keen to proactively contribute your ideas
• You enjoy a dynamic way of working and are learning fast
• You’re fluent in both English and Italian language communication skills. German skills are a plus!
• You’re based in Germany
