Job Title: LMS Training Support

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Remote – UK based

Due to growth, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Training Support individual to join our Assessor & Tutor Development team on a full-time and permanent basis. This position is based in the United Kingdom and offers remote working however, there may be occasional travel required to attend team meetings.

About The Role

In this role, you will provide invaluable customer service and administrative support to both colleagues and learners across the globe. You will provide first-line support by troubleshooting and resolving requests in relation to our Learning Management System and online products.

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Review and process training support requests.
  • Creating and uploading content on the LMS system.
  • Support with the delivery of internal communications.
  • Process monthly joiners, movers, and leavers.
  • Set-up, manage and produce user reports.
  • Undertake additional project tasks as and when required.

To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:

  • Proven system administration skills in Learning Management Systems or similar i.e. HR or Resource Planning.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Excel.
