We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following skills, experience, and qualities to lead our Volunteer Management team Skills and Experience Proven experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers. Expertise in conducting interviews, making recruitment decisions, and performing background checks on potential volunteers. Strong leadership skills to inspire and coordinate teams effectively. Experience in creating and implementing new systems and processes to improve volunteer management. Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate volunteer program effectiveness. Qualities Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with volunteers and team members. High level of empathy and understanding to support and motivate volunteers. Commitment to our organisational mission and values, demonstrating integrity and responsibility. Desirable Previous experience in a non-profit environment managing diverse volunteer teams. Knowledge of current trends in volunteer management and engagement strategies.
