The role:
We are seeking a Compensation Specialist with proven track record in the field of Rewards. The role provides great exposure on the whole range of compensation processes and activities giving the opportunity to grow and learn in the team of experts.
The role reports to: Compensation Lead.
What You’ll do
- Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of competitive salary structures and policy documentation.
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation competitiveness, and salary movement projections, alongside development of salary ranges.
- Produce ongoing analysis of compensation across the organization.
- Support with salary survey submissions.
- Support with annual salary review process and off-cycle exercises.
- Partner with HR to support with ongoing activities such as org design, job levelling, salary adjustments, promotions etc.
- Partner with HR so that they aligned with global reward practices and ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices.
- Support Talent Acquisition in developing competitive compensation offers for prospective Frontons.
- Take ownership of the maintenance of the job catalogue.
- Act as compensation stakeholder in wider HR projects.
- Support with our recognition activities: own the day-to-day activities associated with the platform, employee queries and communications.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
Essential Skills
- Strong, demonstrated experience in the field of Rewards (ideally focused on compensation).
- Highly competent in Excel, PowerPoint & MS tools.
- Numerical & analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
- Familiar with WTW role evaluation methodology.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and flexible approach.
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday is strongly desired.
