?️ ABOUT THE ROLE
◐ Summer Internship (with possible extension) | ? Full-Time
Join Milio and help us become the leading quality control partner in Europe. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for someone excited about joining our team as a sales development intern.
You will work closely with our Founder, phone potential customers, and work out winning sales strategies.
Whether you want to hone your sales skills (arguably the most important skill in life) or are looking to kickstart your career in sales, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.
?? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your singular focus is reaching out to potential customers via the phone and arrange demo calls with them.
The rest of the sales team relies on you to schedule as many calls as possible.
Call Potential Customers
- Work through our lists of prospects and call decision-makers to excite them about the value that Milio can bring to their team.
- You will need to become great at identifying high-potential customers and the right buyers per company.
- Where necessary, follow up with leads via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls to schedule demo calls.
Refine Winning Call Scripts
- Work with our Founder to create and consistently refine a winning call script that you and new sales staff can use.
- Build out our Objection Handling Library to be ready to deal with any hesitation you will naturally encounter when talking to prospects.
- Create additional, tailored scripts for various special situations and contact people.
Constantly Learn & Improve
- Take and learn from feedback to keep improving your conversion rate.
- Educate yourself through online resources on how to become the best possible salesperson.

- Apollo as our main data vendor for enrichment and contact data
- JustCall as our phone system
- Hubspot as our CRM
- Airtable as our custom-built engagement tool
- Notion for managing resources and customer interviews
- Slack is our main communication tool internally
? WHO YOU ARE
- Sales Enthusiast: You love the challenges that come with selling, are tough enough to deal with No’s, and have a healthy competitive drive to win.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have a proactive attitude, take initiative, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Your writing (emails, Slack, …) is always clear, structured, and thoughtful — even if things get stressful.
- Organizational Skills: Staying organized is crucial to make sure you stay on top of conflicting product priorities.
☕ LOGISTICS
This role is remote. However, you’re always welcome to join us at our office in London.
