Job requirements
- Min 10 years of experience as a backend developer
- Expertise in Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# for building backend logic, services, and APIs. extensive experience with .NET frameworks, showcasing the ability to leverage C#’s features for developing efficient and secure server-side applications
- Database Management Skills: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Ability to design, implement, and manage relational databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization for high performance
- Advanced Data Fetching with GraphQL: Experience in implementing GraphQL for optimized data fetching and updates. Proficiency in setting up GraphQL servers, designing schemas, and ensuring efficient and flexible data retrieval that aligns with frontend needs
- Search Engine Integration: Skilled in integrating and managing search engines such as ElasticSearch and OpenSearch. Capable of setting up and optimizing search indices, implementing search functionalities, and ensuring scalable and performant search solutions
- Caching and Data Storage Solutions: Proficiency in implementing Redis for caching and fast data retrieval solutions. Experience in leveraging Redis to enhance application performance and scalability through efficient data storage and management strategies
- SharePoint Development: Experience with SharePoint for content management and collaboration solutions. Ability to develop and integrate custom solutions within SharePoint, enhancing business processes and team collaboration
- Graph Database Experience: Hands-on experience with graph databases like Neo4j, showcasing the ability to model, store, and query connected data. This includes designing graph models, implementing graph queries, and leveraging graph databases for complex data relationships analysis
- Leadership and Strategy: Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and mentor a backend and database development team. Possess strong strategic planning skills to oversee backend architecture, database design, and integration of third-party services and platforms
- Innovation and Problem Solving: A track record of innovative solutions in backend development and database management, with the ability to tackle complex problems, optimize system performance, and ensure data integrity and security
