Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in meta ads manager
  • SEO and SEM: Minimum of 5 years of experience in search search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to improve online visibility and drive traffic with a remarkable knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) 
  • Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc.
  • Content Marketing: Ability to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Display Advertising: Knowledge of display advertising strategies and platforms.
  • CRM and Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Time Management: Efficiently allocate time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.

Job role

The Digital Lead develops, implements, tracks and optimizes our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The lead should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Ensure accuracy on project end matter, job numbers, and version numbers
  • Review and ensure all speaker notes, references, links, superscripts, subscripts, and dates are up to date and match across multiple project versions
  • Keep track of all inconsistencies within project versions and communicate them through the appropriate channels
  • Ensure correct copyright/trademark usage and consistency of legal disclaimers
  • Follow strict brand guidelines
  • Ensure alignment, color accuracy and font sizes of all functional, medical, regulatory, and change annotations follow client standards and requirements
  • Create and follow review test plans
  • Exercise excellent, detail-oriented organizational and communication skills
  • Respectfully work with other disciplines in an Agile-oriented environment
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and exhibit clear, consistent communication when reporting project statuses, with advanced notice, if projects deviate from expectations
  • Maintain the upkeep of proofreading documentation, including slip sheets, guidelines, and decks
  • Collaborate with other QA disciplines, ensuring team-wide understanding of processes and day-to-day operations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in meta ads manager and Google Adwords
