Seasalt
As the Senior CRM and Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing and customer relationship management strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth through strategic planning, segmentation, personalised communication, and data-driven insights.
This role can be based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices or in Cornwall with our blended approach to hybrid working where we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their working week from a Seasalt Office, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK).
This role is offered as a full-time, permanent contract.
You’ll Help Us By
Creating and implementing a clear and well-considered email strategy and a CRM strategy that aligns with the wider marketing and business key objectives. Turning insight into action and promoting a culture of innovation and test & learn within our communications journeys. Constantly trialing new ways to recognise and reward customers, grow retention rates and lifetime value and generate incremental revenue.
You’ll be planning and supporting the team to execute and optimise end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Overseeing CRM campaigns, utilising customer data to deliver targeted and personalised communications. This will also include developing and implementing an email marketing and CRM strategy for the US customer.
Managing the growth and health of our contactable database both in-store and online including defining the right customer information to hold (including preferences). You’ll utilise the ESP functions to deliver dynamic and personalised content.
Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Senior Customer and Insights Manager to have a deep level of understanding of the Seasalt customer and finding opportunities to elevate customer behaviour to reach key customer KPIs. Working to implement advanced segmentation strategies to tailor messages to specific customer segments.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate email and CRM initiatives with other marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
Leading and mentoring a team of email and CRM marketing professionals. Promoting a highly engaged and enthusiastic team.
The Skills You’ll Be Sharing With The Team
- Substantial proven experience in email marketing and CRM, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in utilising data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with creating UK and International email marketing and CRM strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Insider and understanding of customer behaviour in the retail landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
